EXTRA RENTAL HOURS (EACH HOUR) 20.00

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING!!!!
2. Table paper is NOT provided in rental fee.
3. NO TAPE ON WALLS, USE THUMB TACKS IN SEAMS OF PANELING.
4. NO TAPE ON CEILINGS, hooks are hung from ceiling grid work.
5. FIRE DEPT. OFFICE IS OFF LIMITS TO RENTERS. Public telephone in kitchen for LOCAL CALLS ONLY.
6. RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE for cleaning up all trash, washing all dishes and returning them to their proper places. Renter must STACK TABLES AND CHAIRS ON RACKS.
7. $100.00 CLEANING DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS DUE TO SECURE RENTAL OF FIRE HALL.
The $100.00 will be returned to the renter after Fire Hall has been inspected for cleanliness and damages. If any property has been damaged, renter forfeits deposit, the deposit will be used for repairs. THAT INCLUDES THE SMOKING, IF ANYONE DOES SMOKE IN THE HALL YOU FORFIET YOUR DEPOSIT.
8. BALANCE OF FEES ARE DUE AT LEAST 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF RENTAL DATE. IF FEES ARE NOT RECEIVED ON TIME, RENTAL AGREEMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
9. IF ANY CHECK BOUNCES YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ADDITIONAL FEE THAT THE FIRE DEPT. IS CHARGED.
10. IF A HALL RENTAL IS CANCELLED THE $100.00 DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE.
